About Property Supermarket
A UK property portal with a supermarket's sense of order: every property type has its own aisle, you fill a basket with homes you like, and price drops are easy to spot.
What we're building
Property Supermarket brings together homes for sale and to rent from estate agents, letting agents, developers and private sellers. We want finding a home to feel as easy as a weekly shop — with the important details upfront rather than hidden in small print.
Every listing has a material information panel showing the price, Council Tax band, tenure and — for leasehold homes — the lease length and yearly charges. Each property page also has stamp duty and mortgage estimates and links to official look-ups for the energy certificate, flood risk, broadband, schools, crime and sold prices.
Where we are now
We're getting ready to launch. The listings you can see at the moment are examples: the properties, agents and pictures are made up (the pictures are illustrations, not photographs) so you can see how the site works. Each one is clearly labelled "Example listing".
