Listings
Listings are provided by estate agents, letting agents, developers and private advertisers, who are responsible for their accuracy. We don't inspect properties or check every detail. Always confirm the important facts — price, tenure, lease terms, charges, condition and legal title — with the advertiser and your own solicitor, conveyancer or surveyor before committing.
While we prepare to launch, listings marked "Example listing" are fictional and are not available to buy or rent.
Calculators and guides
Our calculators and guides give general information to help you plan. They are not financial, tax, legal or mortgage advice and may not reflect your circumstances. Tax rates are dated on each page; check the official calculators linked from our tools before relying on a figure.
Using the site
- Don't use the site or its forms to send spam, harass anyone or break the law.
- Don't copy listings or content in bulk, or try to disrupt or gain unauthorised access to the site.
- Messages you send through listing forms are passed to the advertiser.
Links to other sites
We link to official services and other websites for convenience. We're not responsible for their content.
Liability
We work to keep the site accurate and available but can't guarantee it will always be error-free or uninterrupted. Nothing in these terms limits liability that can't be limited by law.
